Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing edible cells, comprising performing in vitro cell culture of isolated tissues of animals to obtain the edible cells that can be directly eaten and consumed by a human body. Not only the production cycle is accelerated, but also the safety of the produced edible cells can be ensured and the edible cells are not easily infected by bacteria since the culture environment can be strictly controlled for in vitro cell culture. Furthermore, since the human body can directly eat the edible cells, the digestion and absorption efficiency is greatly increased as compared to a case in which animal tissues are eaten.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de cellules comestibles, comprenant l'exécution d'une culture de cellules in vitro de tissus isolés d'animaux pour obtenir les cellules comestibles qui peuvent être directement mangées et consommées par un corps humain. Non seulement le cycle de production est accéléré, mais également l'innocuité des cellules comestibles produites peut être garantie et les cellules comestibles ne sont pas facilement infectées par des bactéries dans la mesure où l'environnement de culture peut être strictement régulé pour la culture de cellules in vitro. En outre, dans la mesure où le corps humain peut directement manger les cellules comestibles, l'efficacité de digestion et d'absorption est grandement accrue telle que comparée au cas dans lequel des tissus animaux sont mangés.
(ZH) 一种可食用细胞的生产方法,通过对离体动物的组织进行体外细胞培养,得到可供人体直接食用摄取的可食用细胞,一方面加快了生产的周期,另一方面,由于体外细胞培养可严格控制培养环境,可以保证生产得到的可食用细胞的安全性,不易受到细菌感染。同时,人体可直接食用所述可食用细胞,与食用动物组织相比,其消化吸收效率大大提高。
