Abstract:
(EN) Provided herein is a new molecular tool and assay that is useful to quantitatively determine the enzymatic activities of mono-ADP-ribosyltransferases, which are important regulators in various cellular events and implicated in many human diseases, therefore are promising drug targets. The methods of this disclosure enable sensitive and accurate quantify the activities of this group of enzymes and permits establishment of high-throughput screening assays for identification of inhibitors and activators of those enzymes for drug discovery and development.
(FR) L'invention concerne de nouveaux outil et dosage moléculaires utiles pour déterminer quantitativement les activités enzymatiques de mono-ADP-ribosyltransférases, qui sont des régulateurs importants dans divers événements cellulaires et sont impliqués dans de nombreuses maladies humaines, et sont par conséquent des cibles de médicament prometteuses. Les procédés de la présente invention permettent une quantification délicate et précise des activités de ce groupe d'enzymes et rend possible l'établissement de dosages de criblage à haut rendement en vue de l'identification d'inhibiteurs et d'activateurs de ces enzymes en vue de la découverte et le développement de médicaments.
