Abstract

Establishment of integrated links comprising integrated wireless backhaul communications links and access communications links is facilitated by transmitting multiplexed sync signals to enable synchronization between the relay transmission point devices, and using a random access channel procedure to complete the establishment. The integrated wireless backhaul communications links and access communications links can be maintained by measuring channel characteristics of the backhaul communications links using a measurement reference signal.

L'établissement de liaisons intégrées comprenant des liaisons intégrées de communication par liaison terrestre sans fil et de communication d'accès est facilité par l'émission de signaux de synchronisation multiplexés de façon à permettre une synchronisation entre les dispositifs de points de transmission de relais et en utilisant une procédure de canaux d'accès aléatoire pour achever l'établissement. Les liaisons intégrées de communication par liaison terrestre sans fil et de communication d'accès peuvent être entretenues en mesurant des caractéristiques des canaux des liaisons de communication par liaison terrestre à l'aide d'un signal de référence de mesure.
