Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for sealing a pouch case of a secondary battery and, more particularly, to a method for sealing a pouch case of a pouch-type secondary battery, the method comprising: a containing step of containing an electrode assembly in an inner space formed between an upper pouch and a lower pouch; and a sealing step of applying a first pressure to a sealing portion of an outer peripheral surface, by which the upper pouch and the lower pouch are sealed, in the upward/downward direction and then releasing the pressure, wherein, in the sealing step, external force is applied to the upper pouch in the upward direction, and external force is applied to the lower pouch in the downward direction, or a second pressure, which acts perpendicularly to the first pressure, is applied to the sealing portion from inside the pouch case in the outward direction.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour sceller un boîtier de poche d'une batterie secondaire et, plus particulièrement, un procédé pour sceller un boîtier de poche d'une batterie secondaire de type poche, le procédé comprenant: une étape de confinement consistant à contenir un ensemble d'électrodes dans un espace interne formé entre une poche supérieure et une poche inférieure; et une étape d'étanchéité consistant à appliquer une première pression à une portion d'étanchéité d'une surface périphérique externe, par laquelle la poche supérieure et la poche inférieure sont scellées, dans la direction vers le haut/vers le bas, puis en relâchant la pression, dans l'étape d'étanchéité, une force externe est appliquée à la poche supérieure dans la direction vers le haut, et une force externe est appliquée à la poche inférieure dans la direction vers le bas, ou une seconde pression, qui agit perpendiculairement à la première pression, est appliquée à la portion d'étanchéité à partir de l'intérieur du boîtier de poche dans la direction vers l'extérieur.
(KO) 본 발명은 이차 전지의 파우치 케이스 실링 방법에 관한 것으로, 파우치형 이차 전지의 파우치 케이스를 실링하는 방법에 있어서, 상부 파우치와 하부 파우치 사이에 형성된 내부 공간에 전극 조립체를 수납하는 수납 단계; 및 상기 상부 파우치와 상기 하부 파우치가 실링되는 외주면 실링부에, 상하 방향으로 제1 압력을 가한 후, 해압하는 실링 단계를 포함하고, 상기 실링 단계는, 상기 상부 파우치는 상부 방향으로, 상기 하부 파우치는 하부 방향으로 외력을 가해주거나; 또는 상기 제1 압력에 수직 방향으로 작용하는 제2 압력을, 상기 파우치 케이스 내부에서 외측 방향으로 실링부에 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치 케이스 실링 방법에 관한 것이다.
