(EN)The present invention relates to a composition for formaldehyde detection or concentration measurement, and to two-photon rate-based fluorescence imaging and concentration quantification of formaldehyde in a cell or tissue using the composition. The composition for formaldehyde detection or concentration measurement according to the present invention can implement rate-based fluorescence imaging of formaldehyde under a two-photon excitation condition using light in a near-infrared region and thereby detect and measure the concentration of formaldehyde in a cell or organ tissue. Thus, the composition can be useful for detecting and measuring the concentration of endogenous formaldehyde, for identifying the biological role of in vivo formaldehyde, and particularly for detecting or measuring the concentration of formaldehyde in deeply located tissue (crypts in the colon or villus or crypts in the small intestine).
(FR)La présente invention concerne une composition pour la détection ou la mesure de concentration de formaldéhyde, et l’imagerie par fluorescence à base cinétique à deux photons et la quantification de la concentration de formaldéhyde dans une cellule ou un tissu au moyen de la composition. La composition pour la détection ou la mesure de concentration de formaldéhyde selon la présente invention peut mettre en œuvre une imagerie par fluorescence à base cinétique du formaldéhyde dans un état d’excitation à deux photons au moyen d’une lumière dans une région proche infrarouge et ainsi détecter et mesurer la concentration de formaldéhyde dans une cellule ou un tissu d’organe. Par conséquent, la composition peut être utile pour détecter et mesurer la concentration de formaldéhyde endogène, pour identifier le rôle biologique du formaldéhyde in vivo et, en particulier, pour détecter ou mesurer la concentration de formaldéhyde dans un tissu situé en profondeur (cryptes dans le côlon ou villosités ou cryptes dans l’intestin grêle).
(KO)본 발명은 포름알데히드 검출 또는 농도 측정용 조성물, 이를 이용한 세포 또는 조직 내 포름알데히드의 이광자 비율 기준 형광 영상화 및 농도 정량화에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 포름알데히드 검출 또는 농도 측정용 조성물이 근적외선 영역의 빛을 이용한 이광자 여기 조건에서 포름알데히드를 비율 기준 형광 영상화할 수 있어, 세포 또는 장기 조직에서 포름알데히드의 검출 및 농도 측정이 가능하므로, 내생성(endogenous) 포름알데히드의 검출 및 농도 측정, 나아가, 생체 내 포름알데히드의 생물학적 역할을 밝혀내는데 유용하게 사용할 수 있으며, 특히, 깊은 조직(결장의 움, 소장의 융모 또는 움)의 포름알데히드를 검출 또는 농도를 측정하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
