Abstract:
(EN) A method by which a station (STA) operates in a wake up receiver (WUR) mode in a wireless LAN (WLAN) system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: entering into the WUR mode by turning off a WLAN transceiver of the STA and turning on a WUR receiver of the STA; starting a timer by entering into the WUR mode; and turning on the WLAN transceiver of the STA when the timer is completed or a wake-up signal for waking up the STA is detected through the WUR receiver, wherein the timer can indicate the remaining time for which the STA can maintain the WUR mode until the STA receives a predetermined WUR signal for confirming the presence of an associated access point (AP).
(FR) La présente invention concerne, selon un mode de réalisation, un procédé permettant à une station (STA) de fonctionner en mode récepteur d'activation (WUR) dans un système LAN sans fil (WLAN) et comprenant les étapes consistant : à entrer en mode WUR en mettant à l'arrêt un émetteur-récepteur WLAN de la STA et en mettant en marche un récepteur WUR de la STA ; à démarrer un minuteur en entrant en mode WUR ; et à mettre en marche l'émetteur-récepteur WLAN de la STA lorsque le temporisateur est achevé ou qu'un signal d'activation permettant d'activer la STA est détecté par l'intermédiaire du récepteur WUR, le temporisateur pouvant indiquer le temps restant pendant lequel la STA peut maintenir le mode WUR jusqu'à ce que la STA reçoive un signal WUR prédéfini permettant de confirmer la présence d'un point d'accès (AP) associé.
(KO) 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 무선 랜(WLAN) 시스템에서 스테이션(STA)이 WUR(wake up receiver) 모드로 동작하는 방법은, 상기 STA의 WLAN 송수신기를 턴-오프하고, 상기 STA의 WUR 수신기를 턴-온함으로써 WUR 모드로 들어가는 단계; 상기 WUR 모드로 들어감에 따라서 타이머를 시작하는 단계; 및 상기 타이머가 만료하거나 또는 상기 WUR 수신기를 통해 상기 STA을 깨우기 위한 웨이크-업 신호가 검출되면, 상기 STA의 WLAN 송수신기를 턴-온하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 타이머는, 상기 STA이 어소시에이션된 엑세스 포인트(AP)의 존재를 확인시키는 소정의 WUR 신호를 수신하기 전까지 상기 STA이 상기 WUR 모드를 지속할 수 있는 잔여 시간을 나타낼 수 있다.
