(EN) A vibration control device according to an embodiment of the present invention is configured such that, when a structure is deformed by applied external force, the vibration control device counterbalances the external force in response to deformation of the structure by the external force, thereby minimizing deformation of the structure by the external force. The vibration control device comprises: an external force transfer portion that is displaced in response to deformation of the structure by the external force while maintaining a contact with the structure; an external force attenuating portion connected to the external force transfer portion so as to attenuate the external force transferred from the external force transfer portion; and a mediating portion that mediates between the external force transfer portion and the external force attenuating portion while remaining fixed to the external force transfer portion. The external force attenuating portion comprises a rotating portion that makes a rotational movement according to displacement of the external force transfer portion and a slip portion that makes a linear movement while interworking with the rotating portion. The rotating portion can attenuate the external force through friction with the mediating portion following the rotational movement, and the slip portion can attenuate the external force through friction with the mediating portion following the linear movement.
(FR) L'invention concerne, selon un mode de réalisation, un dispositif de régulation des vibrations conçu de sorte que, lorsqu'une structure est déformée par application d'une force externe, le dispositif de régulation des vibrations compense la force externe en réponse à la déformation de la structure par la force externe, ce qui permet de minimiser la déformation de la structure par la force externe. Le dispositif de régulation des vibrations comprend : une partie de transfert de force externe qui est déplacée en réponse à une déformation de la structure par la force externe tout en maintenant un contact avec la structure; une partie d'atténuation de force externe reliée à la partie de transfert de force externe de façon à atténuer la force externe transférée depuis la partie de transfert de force externe; et une partie intermédiaire qui forme une interface entre la partie de transfert de force externe et la partie d'atténuation de force externe tout en restant fixée à la partie de transfert de force externe. La partie d'atténuation de force externe comprend une partie rotative qui effectue un mouvement de rotation en fonction du déplacement de la partie de transfert de force externe et une partie de glissement qui effectue un mouvement linéaire tout en interagissant avec la partie rotative. La partie rotative peut atténuer la force externe par frottement avec la partie intermédiaire à la suite du mouvement de rotation, et la partie de glissement peut atténuer la force externe par frottement avec la partie intermédiaire à la suite du mouvement linéaire.
