Abstract:
(EN) The present embodiments provide a sample separation device which can concentrate a target substance in a predetermined area by applying an electric field to a selective ion permeation layer on the basis of paper folding and can concentrate a target substance in a desired position and separate a non-target substance through a filtration layer having the size of micropores controlled by compressing paper.
(FR) Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un dispositif de séparation d'échantillon pouvant concentrer une substance cible dans une zone prédéterminée, par application d'un champ électrique sur une couche de perméation ionique sélective par pliage de papier, et concentrer une substance cible à un emplacement souhaité et séparer une substance non cible à traver une couche de filtration dont la taille des micropores est régulée par compression de papier.
(KO) 본 실시예들은 종이접기를 기반으로 선택적 이온 투과층에 전계를 가하여 특정 영역에 표적물질을 농축시키고, 종이를 압착시켜 미세공의 크기가 조절된 여과층을 통해 표적물질을 원하는 위치에 농축시키고 비표적물질을 분리시킬 수 있는 시료 분리 장치를 제공한다.
