Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a catalyst composition comprising a gold nanoparticle superlattice embedded in hierarchical porous silica and a method for manufacturing the same. The catalyst composition comprising a gold nanoparticle superlattice embedded in hierarchical porous silica according to the present invention comprises micropores and mesopores in the superlattice, so that these pores are channelized to allow the rapid access of reactants to surfaces of gold nanoparticles, and the catalyst composition is very structurally stable and has excellent catalytic activity, and thus has an effect of exhibiting a CO conversion rate of 100% at room temperature.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de catalyseur comprenant un super-réseau de nanoparticules d'or intégré dans de la silice à porosité hiérarchique et un procédé de fabrication associé. La composition de catalyseur comprenant un super-réseau de nanoparticules d'or intégré dans une silice à porosité hiérarchique selon la présente invention comprend des micropores et des mésopores dans le super-réseau, de sorte que ces pores sont canalisés pour permettre l'accès rapide de réactifs aux surfaces des nanoparticules d'or, et la composition de catalyseur est très stable structurellement et présente une excellente activité catalytique, et a ainsi pour effet de présenter un taux de conversion de CO de 100 % à température ambiante.
(KO) 본 발명은 계층적 다공성 실리카에 내포된 금 나노입자 초격자를 포함하는 촉매 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 계층적 다공성 실리카에 내포된 금 나노입자 초격자를 포함하는 촉매 조성물은 마이크로 기공 및 메조 기공을 초격자 내에 포함하고, 이 기공들이 채널화되어 금 나노입자의 표면에 반응물의 빠른 접근을 허용하며, 구조적으로 매우 안정하고 우수한 촉매 활성을 가져 실온에서 100% CO 전환률을 나타내는 효과가 있다.
