Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a ferritic stainless steel having reduced carbon sludge adsorption for an exhaust system heat exchanger, and a method of manufacturing same.. The ferritic stainless steel having reduced carbon sludge adsorption for an exhaust system heat exchanger, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: 0.003-0.1 wt % of C; 0.01-2.0 wt % of Si; 0.01-1.5 wt % of Mn; 0.05 wt % or less of P; 0.005 wt % of less of S; 10-30 wt % of Cr; 0.001-0.10 wt % of Ti; 0.001-0.15 wt % of Al; 0.003-0.03 wt % of N; 0.3-0.6 wt % of Nb; 0.01-2.5 wt % of Mo; and the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein a TiN precipitate having a size of 0.1㎛ or greater is dispersed in an amount of 2.5*104ea/mm2 or less in a ferrite base of a surface part.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un acier inoxydable ferritique présentant une adsorption réduite de boue de carbone pour un échangeur de chaleur de système d'échappement, et son procédé de fabrication. L'acier inoxydable ferritique présentant une adsorption réduite de boue de carbone pour un échangeur de chaleur de système d'échappement, selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention, comprend : 0,003 à 0,1 % en poids de C ; 0,01 à 2,0 % en poids de Si ; 0,01 à 1,5 % en poids de Mn ; 0,05 % en poids ou moins de P ; 0,005 % en poids ou moins de S; 10 à 30 % en poids de Cr ; 0,001 à 0,10 % en poids de Ti ; 0,001 à 0,15 % en poids d'Al ; 0,003 à 0,03 % en poids de N ; 0,3 à 0,6 % en poids de Nb ; 0,01 à 2,5 % en poids de Mo ; le reste étant du Fe et les inévitables impuretés, un précipité d'étain ayant une taille de 0,1 µm ou plus étant dispersé en une quantité de 2,5*104ea/mm2 ou moins dans une base de ferrite d'une partie de surface.
(KO) 카본 슬러지 흡착이 저감된 배기계 열교환기용 페라이트계 스테인리스강 및 이의 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 카본 슬러지 흡착이 저감된 배기계 열교환기용 페라이트계 스테인리스강에 따르면, 중량%로, C: 0.003~0.1%, Si: 0.01~2.0%, Mn: 0.01~1.5%, P: 0.05% 이하, S: 0.005% 이하, Cr: 10~30%, Ti: 0.001~0.10%, Al: 0.001~0.15%, N: 0.003~0.03%, Nb: 0.3~0.6%, Mo: 0.01~2.5%, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하며, 표층부 페라이트 기지 내에 0.1㎛ 이상의 크기를 가지는 TiN 석출물이 2.5*104ea/mm2 이하로 분포된다.
