Abstract:
(EN) This image-capturing element is provided with: a first pixel which has a photoelectric conversion unit which photoelectrically converts an incident light to generate a charge, and outputs a signal based on the charge generated by the photoelectric conversion unit; a filter unit which can switch between a light shield state in which light is shielded and a light transmission state in which light is transmitted; and a second pixel which has a photoelectric conversion unit which photoelectrically converts light transmitted through the filter unit to generate a charge, and outputs a signal based on the charge generated by the photoelectric conversion unit; an exposure control unit which switches between a first exposure control in which the filter unit of the second pixel is in a transmissive state and the light entering the first pixel and the second pixel is photoelectrically converted, and a second exposure control in which the filter unit of the second pixel is in a light-shielding state, the charges accumulated in the photoelectric conversion unit of the second pixel are maintained, and the light entering the first pixel is photoelectrically converted; and an output control unit which performs the first exposure control to output the signals from the first pixel and a portion of the second pixel, and then performs the second exposure control to output the signal from the second pixel, excluding the signals from the first pixel and the portion of the second pixel.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément de capture d'image comprenant : un premier pixel présentant une unité de conversion photoélectrique qui convertit de manière photoélectrique une lumière incidente afin de générer une charge, et émet un signal en fonction de la charge générée par l'unité de conversion photoélectrique ; une unité de filtre permettant de commuter entre un état de protection contre la lumière dans lequel la lumière est bloquée et un état de transmission de lumière dans lequel la lumière est transmise ; et un second pixel présentant une unité de conversion photoélectrique qui convertit de manière photoélectrique la lumière transmise à travers l'unité de filtre afin de générer une charge, et émet un signal en fonction de la charge générée par l'unité de conversion photoélectrique ; une unité de commande d'exposition qui commute entre une première commande d'exposition dans laquelle l'unité de filtre du second pixel est dans un état transmissif et la lumière entrant dans le premier pixel et le second pixel est convertie de manière photoélectrique, et une seconde commande d'exposition dans laquelle l'unité de filtre du second pixel est dans un état de protection contre la lumière, les charges accumulées dans l'unité de conversion photoélectrique du second pixel sont maintenues, et la lumière entrant dans le premier pixel est convertie de manière photoélectrique ; et une unité de commande de sortie qui exécute la première commande d'exposition afin d'émettre les signaux en provenance du premier pixel et une partie du second pixel, puis exécute la seconde commande d'exposition afin d'émettre le signal à partir du second pixel, à l'exclusion des signaux provenant du premier pixel et de la partie du second pixel.
