Abstract:
(EN) In order to contribute to the optimization of manufacturing conditions for an aluminum product, a property prediction device (1) is provided with: a data acquisition unit (111), which acquires a plurality of parameters indicating manufacturing conditions for the aluminum product; and a neural network (112), which includes an input layer, at least one intermediate layer, and an output layer, and which outputs, from the output layer and using the plurality of parameters as data input to the input layer, the property values of the aluminum product manufactured under the manufacturing conditions indicated by the parameters.
(FR) Selon l'invention, afin de contribuer à l'optimisation de conditions de fabrication d'un produit en aluminium, un dispositif de prédiction de propriétés (1) est pourvu : d'une unité d'acquisition de données (111), qui acquiert une pluralité de paramètres indiquant des conditions de fabrication pour le produit en aluminium ; d'un réseau neuronal (112), qui comprend une couche d'entrée, au moins une couche intermédiaire et une couche de sortie, et qui fournit, depuis la couche de sortie et à l'aide de la pluralité de paramètres utilisés en tant que données d'entrée de la couche d'entrée, les valeurs de propriétés du produit d'aluminium fabriqué dans les conditions de fabrication indiquées par les paramètres.
