The present invention provides a heat dissipation sheet comprising fibrous carbon and a polymer, wherein: the fibrous carbon has an average effective fiber length of 5-120 μm, an average fiber diameter of 200-900 nm, and an average aspect ratio of 30-10,000; and the heat dissipation sheet has a fibrous carbon content of 5-85% by mass with respect to the total amount of the fibrous carbon and the polymer.

La présente invention concerne une feuille de dissipation de chaleur comprenant du carbone fibreux et un polymère, le carbone fibreux présentant une longueur efficace moyenne de fibre de 5 à 120 µm, un diamètre moyen de fibre de 200-900 nm et un rapport d'aspect moyen de 30-10.000 ; et la feuille de dissipation de chaleur présente une teneur en carbone fibreux de 5-85 % en masse par rapport à la quantité totale du carbone fibreux et du polymère.
