Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an optical adhesive layer which can suppress the occurrence of foaming, peeling, lifting, etc., on an adherend (an optical film) under heating and humidification conditions, and which has high adhesion reliability and excellent durability at high temperatures; an optical film with adhesive layer, having the aforementioned optical adhesive layer on at least one surface of the optical film; and a liquid crystal display device which uses the aforementioned optical film with adhesive layer. This optical adhesive layer, formed from an adhesive composition containing a (meth)acrylic polymer, is characterized by having a 70% or higher gel fraction, and a 55 μm or higher creep value when applying a load of 500 g for one hour in a 115°C environment.
(FR) L’invention a pour objet de fournir une couche d’adhésif optique qui permet d’éviter l’apparition de bullage/pelage, flottation, ou similaire, au niveau d’un support (film optique), sous des conditions de chauffage/humidification, et qui présente une haute fiabilité d’adhérence et une excellente durabilité à haute température. L’invention a également pour objet de fournir un film optique avec couche d’adhésif possédant sur au moins une face d’un film optique ladite couche d’adhésif optique, et un dispositif d’affichage à cristaux liquides mettant en œuvre ledit film optique avec couche d’adhésif. La couche d’adhésif optique de l’invention est formée au moyen d’une composition d’adhésif comprenant un polymère à base de (méth)acrylique, et est caractéristique en ce que sa proportion de gel est supérieure ou égale à 70%, et son fluage lorsqu’une charge de 500g est appliquée pendant une heure sous un environnement à 115°C, est supérieur ou égal à 55μm.
(JA) 本発明は、被着体(光学フィルム)に対して、加熱・加湿条件下において、発泡や剥がれ、浮き等の発生を抑えることができ、高い接着信頼性や高温での耐久性に優れた光学用粘着剤層、及び、前記光学用粘着剤層を光学フィルムの少なくとも片面に有する粘着剤層付光学フィルム、さらには、前記粘着剤層付光学フィルムを用いた液晶表示装置を提供することを目的とする。(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーを含有する粘着剤組成物により形成された光学用粘着剤層であって、ゲル分率が70%以上、115℃の環境下で500gの荷重を1時間かけた際のクリープ値が55μm以上であることを特徴とする光学用粘着剤層。
