Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for producing a glass panel unit in which it is easy to both suppress thermal conductance and ensure a gap-maintaining function, and providing a method for producing a glass window having the glass panel unit. This method for producing a glass panel unit (10) comprises an adhesive placement step for placing a thermal adhesive, and a pillar arrangement step for arranging a plurality of pillars (70), said pillars being obtained by stacking a plurality of resin layers (71) to (73) on a first panel (20). The method further comprises a facing arrangement step for arranging a second panel (30) to face the first panel (20), an interior space formation step for melting the thermal adhesive and forming an interior space (500) between the first panel (20) and the second panel (30), a depressurization step for depressurizing the interior space (500), and a depressurized space formation step for sealing the interior space (500) and forming a depressurized space. In the plurality of pillars (70), the resin layer (71), which is in contact with the first panel (20), has a contact area with the first panel (20) that differs from the contact area with the second panel (30) of the resin layer (73), which is in contact with the second panel (30).
(FR) L’invention a pour objet de fournir un procédé de fabrication d’unité de panneaux de verre qui concilie facilement suppression de la conduction de chaleur, et assurance d’une fonction de maintien d’un espacement, et également de fournir un procédé de fabrication de fenêtre de verre possédant ladite unité de panneaux de verre. Le procédé de fabrication de l’unité de panneaux de verre (10) comporte une étape de disposition de colle au cours de laquelle est disposée une colle thermofusible, et une étape de disposition de piliers au cours de laquelle est disposée une pluralité de piliers (70) constitués par stratification d’une pluralité de couches de résine (71) à (73) sur un premier panneau (20). En outre, ce procédé comporte : une étape de disposition en vis-à-vis au cours de laquelle le premier panneau (20) et un second panneau (30) sont disposés en vis-à-vis ; une étape de formation d’espace de partie interne au cours de laquelle la colle thermofusible est fondue, et un espace de partie interne (500) est formé entre le premier panneau (20) et le second panneau (30) ; une étape de réduction de pression au cours de laquelle la pression de l’espace de partie interne (500) est réduite ; et une étape de formation d’espace à pression réduite au cours de laquelle l’espace de partie interne (500) est scellé, et un espace à pression réduite est formé. La pluralité de piliers (70) présente une surface de contact vis-à-vis du premier panneau (20) telle que la couche de résine (71) vient en contact avec le premier panneau (20), différente de la surface de contact vis-à-vis du second panneau (30) telle que la couche de résine (73) vient en contact avec le second panneau (30).
