[Problem] To obtain excellent modeling accuracy even if a distribution or a variation occurs in the required light quantity for curing in a photocurable resin. [Solution] A device 100 for three-dimensional modeling comprises: a container 201 which has a translucent part 212, and which retains a photocurable resin RA in a liquid state; a light modulation element 253 which has a plurality of pixels 261, and which modulates the light from a light source at each pixel; an optical system 250 which irradiates the photocurable resin, via the translucent part, with modulated light from the light modulation element; a control unit 300 which controls the light modulation element on the basis of a plurality of items of two-dimensional shape data generated from three-dimensional shape data; and a moving member 202 which moves, in a direction away from the translucent part, a cured part WA of the photocurable resin cured by receiving the modulated light. The control unit controls the light modulation element so as to irradiate each of a plurality of resin regions in the photocurable resin with an irradiation quantity of modulated light in accordance with the required light quantity for curing of the respective resin region.
