Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a method for producing a dispersion, comprising a step for obtaining a mixture by filling at least one type of particles selected from inorganic particles and organic particles, a dispersing agent, and a dispersion medium in a sealed container and mixing the substances filled in the sealed container while vibrating the sealed container, and a step for obtaining a dispersion by pulverizing at least a portion of the particles included in the obtained mixture and dispersing the particles, wherein when vibrating the sealed container in the step for obtaining the mixture, the frequency of vibration applied to the sealed container is set to 50-70 Hz, the acceleration of the vibration is set at 98-1962 m/s2, and the total mass of the particles and the dispersing agent that are filled in the sealed container is 10-60 mass% with respect to the entire mass of the substances filled in the sealed container; and an inkjet recording method.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un procédé de production d'une dispersion, comprenant une étape d'obtention d'un mélange par remplissage d'au moins un type de particules choisies parmi des particules inorganiques et des particules organiques, un agent de dispersion, et un milieu de dispersion dans un récipient étanche et le mélange des substances remplies dans le récipient scellé tout en faisant vibrer le récipient scellé, et une étape d'obtention d'une dispersion par pulvérisation d'au moins une partie des particules incluses dans le mélange obtenu et dispersion des particules, lors de la vibration du récipient étanche lors de l'étape d'obtention du mélange, la fréquence de vibration appliquée au récipient étanche est réglée à 50-70 Hz, l'accélération de la vibration est réglée à 98-1962 m/s2, et la masse totale des particules et de l'agent de dispersion qui sont remplis dans le récipient étanche est de 10 à 60 % en masse par rapport à la masse totale des substances remplies dans le récipient scellé; et un procédé d'enregistrement à jet d'encre.
