Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a graphite sheet having a highly uniform heat conductivity. The present invention also addresses the problem of providing: a heat diffusion sheet equipped with the graphite sheet; and a method for producing a graphite sheet. The graphite sheet according to the present invention is characterized in that the absolute value of a difference between the largest value and the smallest value among three half width values of G bands coming from a graphite crystal in a Raman spectroscopic spectrum is 5 cm-1 or less, wherein the three half width values are measured at three points respectively located on the front surface, an inner center part and the rear surface of the sheet.
