Abstract:
(EN) A method for designing primers for multiplex PCR with which it is possible to redesign the primers while maintaining the global features of the previously set priorities when the number of amplification candidate regions that allow designing of primers has not reached the desired number as a result of setting priorities in amplification candidate regions and designing primers.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de conception d'amorces pour PCR multiplex qui permet de reconcevoir les amorces tout en conservant les caractéristiques générales des priorités définies précédemment quand le nombre de régions candidates pour l'amplification qui permettent la conception d'amorces n'a pas atteint le nombre souhaité suite à la définition des priorités dans les régions candidates pour l'amplification et à la conception des amorces.
(JA) 増幅候補領域に優先順位を設定してプライマーを設計した結果、プライマーを設計することができた増幅候補領域の数が所望数に達しなかった場合に、先に設定した優先順位の大局的特徴を維持しながら、プライマーの設計をやり直すことができるマルチプレックスPCRに供するプライマーの設計方法が提供される。
