Abstract:
(EN) As described above, attempts have been made to improve cycle life by using polyamides, polyimides, and polyamide-imides as binders and by suppressing expansion and contraction, but in the above-noted binders, the solvent used in the binder is an organic solvent such as NMP, and due to environmental concerns, equipment such as an exhaust duct was required, resulting in increased cost. In contrast, recently, water-soluble polyamides dissolved in water or the like have been studied and reduce costs can be anticipated. However, since the solvent used for water-soluble polyamides is water, surface tension is high compared with organic solvents (for example, NMP), the binder agglutinates during electrode production, and the negative electrode mixture layer peels away. The present invention is a secondary cell having a negative electrode in which an Si-based active material is used as the primary material of the active material, the secondary cell being characterized in that the active-material layer has a water-soluble polyimide material or water-soluble polyamide material as a binder, and a thickener that is soluble in water.
(FR) Selon l'invention, des tentatives d'amélioration de la durée de vie à l'aide de polyamides, de polyimides et de polyamide-imides en tant que liants et par suppression de l'expansion et de la contraction ont été menées, mais puisque dans les liants susmentionnés le solvant utilisé est un solvant organique tel que la NMP et en raison de préoccupations environnementales, un équipement tel qu'un conduit d'évacuation fut requis, entraînant une augmentation des coûts. Par ailleurs, des polyamides solubles dans l'eau dissous dans de l'eau ou similaire ont récemment été étudiés, permettant l'anticipation d'une réduction des coûts. Cependant, étant donné que le solvant utilisé dans les polyamides solubles dans l'eau est l'eau, la tension superficielle est élevée par rapport aux solvants organiques (par exemple, la NMP), le liant s'agglutine pendant la production d'électrode, et la couche de mélange d'électrode négative se détache. (JA) 上述のように、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミドをバインダに用いて、膨張収縮を抑制し、サイクル寿命を改善する試みはなされているが、前述のバインダは、バインダに用いる溶媒がNMPなどの有機溶媒であること、また、環境面から排気ダクトなどの設備が必要となるためコストが高くなる。一方で、近年、水に可溶な水溶性ポリアミドなどが検討されており、低コスト化が期待できる。しかしながら、水溶性ポリアミドは溶媒が水であるため有機溶媒(例えば、NMP)に比べて表面張力が大きく、電極作製時にバインダが凝集し、負極合剤層が剥離する。 活物質としてSi系活物質を主材とする負極電極を有する二次電池において、活物質層は、バインダとして水溶性ポリイミド系材料または水溶性ポリアミド系材料と、水に可溶な増粘剤と、を有していることを特徴とする二次電池である。
