Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an image processing device which is mounted upon a vehicle, said image processing device comprising: a movement characteristic extraction unit which generates, from a captured image which includes an object to be observed which is in the vicinity of the vehicle, movement information which indicates the movement of the object to be observed; a distance characteristic extraction unit which, on the basis of the captured image, computes the distance from the vehicle to the object to be observed; and a recognition unit which, on the basis of the results of the processes of the movement characteristic extraction unit and the distance characteristic extraction unit, carries out a process of recognition of the object to be observed. On the basis of a prescribed vehicle state, the respective computational processing volumes of the movement characteristic extraction unit and the distance characteristic extraction unit are changed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement d'image qui est monté sur un véhicule, ledit dispositif de traitement d'image comprenant : une unité d'extraction de caractéristique de mouvement qui génère, à partir d'une image capturée qui comprend un objet à observer qui est à proximité du véhicule, des informations de mouvement qui indiquent le mouvement de l'objet à observer ; une unité d'extraction de caractéristique de distance qui, sur la base de l'image capturée, calcule la distance du véhicule à l'objet à observer ; et une unité de reconnaissance qui, sur la base des résultats des processus de l'unité d'extraction de caractéristique de mouvement et de l'unité d'extraction de caractéristique de distance, réalise un processus de reconnaissance de l'objet à observer. Sur la base d'un état de véhicule prescrit, les volumes de traitement de calcul respectifs de l'unité d'extraction de caractéristique de mouvement et de l'unité d'extraction de caractéristique de distance sont changés.
(JA) 車両に搭載される画像処理装置は、前記車両の周辺の観測対象物を含む撮像画像から前記観測対象物の動きを示す動き情報を生成する動き特徴抽出部と、前記撮像画像に基づいて前記車両から前記観測対象物までの距離を算出する距離特徴抽出部と、前記動き特徴抽出部と距離特徴抽出部の処理結果に基づいて前記観測対象物の認識処理を行う認識部と、を備え、所定の車両状態に基づいて、前記動き特徴抽出部と前記距離特徴抽出部の演算処理量をそれぞれ変化させる。
