Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a copper pipe having excellent corrosion resistance, which can exhibit higher corrosion resistance to ant nest corrosion and can be used suitably as a heat transfer pipe, a cooling medium pipe or the like in an air conditioner or a refrigerating machine; and a method for producing the copper pipe in an advantageous manner. A copper pipe is composed of a Cu material which contains 0.15 to 0.50% by weight of P and also contains a specific impurity element group consisting of Co, Cr, Fe, Mn, Mo and Zr in a total amount of 0.010% by weight or less, with the remainder made up by Cu and residual unavoidable impurities, wherein the average crystal grain diameter is 0.005 to 0.050 mm as measured in the pipe thickness direction on a cross section that is parallel to the pipe axis direction.
(FR) Cette invention concerne : un tuyau en cuivre ayant une excellente résistance à la corrosion, qui peut présenter une résistance à la corrosion supérieure à la corrosion acide de type nid de fourmis et peut être utilisé de façon appropriée en tant que tuyau de transfert de chaleur, tuyau de milieu de refroidissement ou similaire dans un climatiseur ou une machine de réfrigération. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production avantageuse du tuyau en cuivre. Un tuyau en cuivre est composé d'un matériau de Cu qui contient 0,15 à 0,50 % en poids de P et contient également un groupe d'éléments d'impureté spécifique constitué de Co, Cr, Fe, Mn, Mo et Zr en une quantité totale de 0,010 % en poids ou moins, le reste étant du Cu et les inévitables impuretés résiduelles, le diamètre de grain cristallin moyen allant de 0,005 à 0,050 mm tel que mesuré dans le sens de l'épaisseur du tuyau sur une section transversale qui est parallèle à la direction de l'axe du tuyau.
(JA) 蟻の巣状腐食に対して、より一層高い耐食性を発揮することの出来る、空調機器や冷凍機器における伝熱管や冷媒配管等として好適に用いられる防食性に優れた銅管と、それを有利に製造する方法を提供する。 Pを0.15~0.50重量%含有し、且つCo,Cr,Fe,Mn,Mo及びZrからなる特定不純物元素群の合計含有量が、0.010重量%以下となるように規制し、残部がCuと残余の不可避的不純物であるCu材質にて、銅管を構成すると共に、管軸方向に平行な断面において管肉厚方向に測定した平均結晶粒径が0.005~0.050mmとなるようにした。
