Title: ROTOR PRODUCTION METHOD, ROTOR, AND MOTOR
Abstract:
Provided is a rotor production method which comprises: a plate member formation step S10 for forming a plate member that has a scrap part having a center hole and a core plate part which is disposed contiguously with the scrap part inside the center hole so as to constitute a part of an outer core; a lamination step S20 for forming a laminated body having the outer core by laminating the plate members; a die installation step S30 for disposing the laminated body and an inner core within a die such that at least a part of the laminated body and a part of the inner core are spaced away from each other with a gap therebetween in a radial direction; a molded body formation step S40 for pouring a fused filling material into the gap within the die to form a filled part, at least part of which is situated between the outer cores, so as to form a molded body; and a separation step S50 for separating the scrap part from the core plate part.
