Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a secondary cell with which it is possible to suppress wrinkles at the outer peripheral edges of a negative plate caused by the expansion of a negative-electrode active material layer with use, and thereby prevent a reduction in performance and a shorter cycle life. [Solution] A secondary cell 100 includes a power-generating element 110 obtained by laminating, with a separator interposed therebetween: a positive plate 10 obtained by disposing a positive-electrode active material layer 12 upon a first current collector 11; and a negative plate 20 obtained by disposing a negative-electrode active material layer 22 upon a second current collector 21 so as to have a larger surface area than that of the positive-electrode active material layer. The negative plate is provided with a facing section 20a that faces the positive-electrode active material layer, and a non-facing section 20b that does not face the positive-electrode active material layer. The negative plate and the separator are adhered together with an adhesive layer 45 interposed therebetween, and the adhesive strength of a second adhesive section 45b that adheres the non-facing section to the separator is greater than the adhesive strength of a first adhesive section 45a that adheres the facing section to the separator.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une pile rechargeable avec laquelle il est possible de supprimer les plis au niveau des bords périphériques externes d'une plaque négative provoqués par l'expansion d'une couche de matériau actif d'électrode négative avec l'utilisation, ce qui permet d'empêcher une réduction de la performance et une durée de vie plus courte. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une pile rechargeable 100 qui comprend un élément de production d'énergie 110 obtenu par stratification, un séparateur étant intercalé entre ceux-ci; une plaque positive 10 obtenue en disposant une couche de matériau actif d'électrode positive 12 sur un premier collecteur de courant 11; et une plaque négative 20 obtenue en disposant une couche de matériau actif d'électrode négative 22 sur un second collecteur de courant 21 de manière à avoir une surface plus grande que celle de la couche de matériau actif d'électrode positive. La plaque négative est pourvue d'une section de face 20a qui fait face à la couche de matériau actif d'électrode positive, et d'une section non de face 20b qui ne fait pas face à la couche de matériau actif d'électrode positive. La plaque négative et le séparateur sont collés ensemble, une couche adhésive 45 étant intercalée entre ceux-ci, et la résistance d'adhésion d'une seconde section adhésive 45b qui fait adhérer la section non de face au séparateur est supérieure à la résistance d'adhésion d'une première section adhésive 45a qui fait adhérer la section de face au séparateur.
