Abstract:
(EN) The present invention concerns the field of materials. In particular, the present invention concerns a novel composition obtained by mixing: a matrix comprising: - at least one silica source, chosen from colloidal silica or one of the precursors of same; - at least one base; - water; in which; - the molar ratio of base to silica source is included within a range from 0.2 to 1; - the molar ratio of water to silica source is included within a range from 5 to 20; and at least one reactive additive chosen from: (1) a zeolite or one of the derivatives thereof, and (2) a mixed silicon alkoxide or a metal alkoxide; the reactive additive being included within a range from 0.1 to 50 % by weight relative to the total weight of the composition. The present invention also concerns a method for manufacturing vitreous objects at low temperature from the composition of the invention.
(FR) La présente invention concerne le domaine des matériaux. En particulier, la présente invention concerne une nouvelle composition obtenue par le mélange : d'une matrice comprenant : - au moins une source de silice, choisie parmi la silice colloïdale ou l'un de ses précurseurs; - au moins une base; - de l'eau; dans laquelle; - le rapport molaire base sur source de silice est compris dans une gamme de 0,2 à 1; - le rapport molaire eau sur source de silice est compris dans une gamme de 5 à 20; et d'au moins un additif réactif choisi parmi : (1) une zéolithe ou l'un de ses dérivés, et (2) un alcoxyde de silicium mixte ou un alcoxyde métallique; l'additif réactif étant compris dans une gamme de 0,1 à 50 % en masse par rapport à la masse totale de la composition, La présente invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'objet vitreux à basse température à partir de la composition de l'invention.
