Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a thermoresponsive polymer comprising a linear polyether chain of the general formulae (I) Nu-[CH2-CR1 R2O]m-[CH2-CR3R4O]n-[CH2-CR5R6O]O-[CH2-CR7R8O]p-H; wherein R1, R3, R5 and R7 are in each case H or a C1-C10 alkyl side chain, wherein R1, R3, R5 and R7 may be the same or different; R2 and R4 are in each case a side chain comprising at least one thermoresponsive moiety, wherein R2 and R4 may be the same or different; R6 and R8 are in each case H, a moiety containing at least one C=C double bond or a photo-crosslinkable moiety selected from a group of aromatic and heteroaromatic compounds, wherein R6 and R8 may the same or different, wherein at least one of R6 and R8 has to be a photo-crosslinkable moiety, Nu is nucleophilic moiety selected from a group comprising halogen or alkoxy; m, n are in each case or in sum 10-5000, preferably 10-1000, more preferably 100-500; o, p are in each case 1 -20 or in sum 2-20, preferably 3-15, more preferably 5-10. The invention also relates to a cell substrate support comprising the polymer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un polymère thermosensible comprenant une chaîne polyéther linéaire répondant à la formule générale (I) Nu-[CH2-CR1 R2O]m-[CH2-CR3R4O]n-[CH2-CR5R6O]O-[CH2-CR7R8O]p-H ; dans laquelle R1, R3, R5 et R7 sont dans chaque cas H ou une chaîne latérale alkyle en C1-C10, dans laquelle R1, R3, R5 et R7 peuvent être identiques ou différents ; R2 et R4 sont dans chaque cas une chaîne latérale comprenant au moins une fraction thermosensible, dans laquelle R2 et R4 peuvent être identiques ou différents; R6 et R8 sont dans chaque cas H, une fraction contenant au moins une double liaison C=C ou une fraction photoréticulable sélectionnée dans un groupe de composés aromatiques et hétéroaromatiques, dans laquelle R6 et R8 peuvent être identiques ou différents, dans laquelle au moins l'un de R6 et R8 doit être une fraction photoréticulable, Nu est une fraction nucléophile sélectionnée dans un groupe comprenant un atome d'halogène ou un groupe alcoxy ; m, n sont dans chaque cas ou leur somme 10 à 5 000, de préférence 10 à 1 000, de préférence de 100 à 500 ; o, p sont dans chaque cas 1 à 20 ou leur somme 2 à 20, de préférence 3 à 15, de préférence encore 5 à 10. L'invention concerne également un support de substrat cellulaire comprenant le polymère.
