Abstract:
(EN) The invention illustrates and describes a method for electrically connecting two rotationally symmetrical metal conductors (2, 3) by welding, comprising a rotationally symmetrical rotary tool (4), which method comprises the following steps: • joining the connecting section (5) of the first conductor (2) to the connecting section (6) of the second conductor (3), wherein the connecting section (6) of the second conductor (3) concentrically surrounds the connecting section (5) of the first conductor (2); • pressing the rotary tool (4) against a region of the connecting section (6) of the second conductor (3); • introducing energy through the rotary tool (4) into the connecting sections (5, 6) of the two conductors (2, 3), wherein the rotary tool (4) rotates about its own longitudinal axis and the two conductors (2, 3) likewise rotate together about their longitudinal axis, but in the opposite direction to the rotary tool (4).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de connexion électrique de deux conducteurs métalliques (2, 3) à symétrie de révolution par soudage au moyen d’un outil rotatif à symétrie de rotation (4). Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : • assembler la partie de connexion (5) du premier conducteur (2) avec la partie de connexion (6) du second conducteur (3), la partie de connexion (6) du second conducteur (3) entourant concentriquement la partie de connexion (5) du premier conducteur (2) ; • presser l’outil de rotatif (4) contre une zone de la partie de connexion (6) du second conducteur (3) ; • injecter de l’énergie par le bais l’outil rotatif (4) dans les parties de connexion (5, 6) des deux conducteurs (2, 3), l’outil rotatif (4) tournant sur son propre axe longitudinal et les deux conducteurs (2, 3) tournant également ensemble sur leur axe longitudinal mais à l’opposé de l’outil rotatif (4).
(DE) Dargestellt und beschrieben ist ein Verfahren zum elektrischen Verbinden von zwei drehsymmetrischen metallischen Leitern (2, 3) durch Verschweißen, mit einem drehsymmetrischen Umlaufwerkzeug (4), das folgende Schritte aufweist: • Zusammenfügen des Verbindungsabschnitts (5) des ersten Leiters (2) mit dem Verbindungsabschnitt (6) des zweiten Leiters (3), wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt (6) des zweiten Leiter (3) den Verbindungsabschnitt (5) des ersten Leiters (2) konzentrisch umschließt; • Andrücken des Umlaufwerkzeugs (4) an einen Bereich des Verbindungsabschnitts (6) des zweiten Leiters (3); • Einbringen von Energie durch das Umlaufwerkzeug (4) in die Verbindungsabschnitte (5, 6) der beiden Leiter (2, 3), wobei sich das Umlaufwerkzeugs (4) um seine eigene Längsachse dreht und sich die beiden Leiter (2, 3) zusammen ebenfalls um ihre Längsachse jedoch entgegengesetzt zum Umlaufwerkzeugs (4) drehen.
