Abstract:
(EN) A process for the preparation of a solid catalyst component for the homo or copolymerization of olefins which comprises Mg, Ti, halogen and an electron donor selected from cycloalkyl ethers, said process comprising (a) dissolving a Mg based compound and a TiCI3 based compound in a liquid medium further comprising a cycloalkyl ether and a compound of formula R2OH where R2 is a C1-C20 hydrocarbon group, in which the Ti/Mg molar ratio ranges from 0.1 to 0.5, the cycloalkyl ether/Mg ratio ranges from 1 to 4 and the R2OH/Mg molar ratio ranges from 1 to 4; and (b) adding, to the solution coming from step (a), SiCI4 in an amount such that the R2OH/SiCI4 molar ratio ranges from 0.5 to 1.5 and maintaining the temperature in the range 50-150°C thereby allowing precipitation of the solid catalyst component particles.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un constituant catalyseur qui est destiné à l'homo- ou à la co-polymérisation d'oléfines, et qui comprend Mg, Ti, un halogène et un donneur d'électrons choisi parmi les éthers cycloalkyliques, ledit procédé comprenant (a) la dissolution d'un composé à base de Mg et d'un composé à base de TiCl3 dans un milieu liquide comprenant en outre un éther cycloalkylique et un composé de la formule R2OH, dans laquelle R2 est un groupe hydrocarboné en C1-C20, dans lequel le rapport en moles Ti/Mg est compris dans la plage de 0,1 à 0,5, le rapport éther cycloalkylique/Mg est compris dans la plage de 1 à 4, et le rapport en moles R2OH/Mg est compris dans la plage de 1 à 4; (b) l'ajout, à la solution provenant de l'étape (a), de SiCl4 en une quantité telle que le rapport en moles R2OH/SiCl4 est compris dans la plage de 0,5 à 1,5, et le maintien de la température dans la plage de 50 à 150 °C, permettant ainsi une précipitation des particules solides du constituant catalyseur.
