Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a hydroxyl-functionalized polybutadiene-polyurethane hot melt prepolymer, which comprises the chemical reaction product of at least one polybutadiene diol, of at least one chain extender with a hydroxyl functionality of two and a molar mass of less than or equal to 300 g/mol and optionally of at least one polybutadiene polymer with a number-average, average functionality of between greater than 2.0 and less than or equal to 3.0, with at least one aliphatic or alicyclic diisocyanate, and which is heat-vulcanisable and at room temperature is sufficiently strong or of sufficiently high viscosity that, when applied as a film to a substrate it can be wound into a roll without flowing out or being squeezed out on the sides.
(FR) L'invention concerne un prépolymère polybutadiène à fonctionnalité hydroxyle-polyuréthane thermofusible, comprenant le produit de réaction chimique, au moins un diol polybutadiène, au moins un extenseur de chaîne à fonctionnalité hydroxyle sur deux et une masse molaire inférieure ou égale à 300 g/mol et, en option, au moins un polyol-polybutadiène ayant une fonctionnalité moyenne, moyenne en nombre, dont la valeur est supérieure à 2,0 et inférieure ou égale à 3,0 avec au moins un diisocyanate aliphatique ou alicyclique. Le prépolymère selon l'invention est thermiquement vulcanisable et, à température ambiante, suffisamment solide, voire à haute viscosité, pour pouvoir, en tant que film appliqué sur un subjectile, être enroulé pour former un rouleau sans pour autant s'échapper sur le côté ni être exprimé vers l'extérieur.
