Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for impregnating wound lamination stacks (12, 32), comprising the following steps: inductively heating a wound lamination stack to a pre-heating temperature, transporting the wound lamination stack (12, 32) into an impregnation station (18, 20) operating with electric heating, further heating the winding of the wound lamination stack (12, 32) by means of electric heating, impregnating the wound lamination stack (12, 32), transporting the wound lamination stack out of the impregnation station (18, 20). The invention further relates to a corresponding impregnation system.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'imprégnation de noyaux feuilletés bobinés (12, 32). Ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : l'échauffement inductif d'un noyau feuilleté bobiné à une température de préchauffage; le transport du noyau feuilleté bobiné (12, 32) dans un poste d'imprégnation (18, 20) fonctionnant selon l'effet Joule; la poursuite de l'échauffement du bobinage du noyau feuilleté bobiné (12, 32) par effet Joule; l'imprégnation du noyau feuilleté bobiné (12, 32); et le transport du noyau feuilleté bobiné en dehors du poste d'imprégnation (18, 20). L'invention concerne en outre une installation d'imprégnation correspondante.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Imprägnieren von bewickelten Blechpaketen (12, 32) umfassend folgende Schritte: Induktive Erwärmung eines bewickelten Blechpaketes auf eine Vorwärmtemperatur, Transport des bewickelten Blechpaketes (12, 32) in eine mit Stromwärme arbeitende Imprägnierstation (18, 20), weiteres Erwärmen der Wicklung des bewickelten Blechpaketes (12, 32) mittels Stromwärme, Imprägnieren des bewickelten Blechpaketes (12, 32), Transport des bewickelten Blechpaketes aus der Imprägnierstation (18, 20). Die Erfindung betrifft auch eine entsprechende Imprägnieranlage.
