Abstract:
(EN) A three-dimensional forming filament, comprising the following constituents: a metal material, a binder, a dispersant, a flexibility enhancer, and a stabilizer. Also provided are a manufacturing method for a three-dimensional forming filament, and a forming method of an FDM three-dimensional printer. In the forming method, an FDM three-dimensional printer comprises a print platform, a print head, and a three-dimensional forming filament; the forming method comprises a preliminary forming step: the print head melts the three-dimensional forming filament, and then performs forming on the print platform layer by layer to form a preliminarily cured object. By means of the three-dimensional forming filament, bending of a metal material or ceramic material or glass material is achieved, and the material would not be broken off during bending. When the filament is applied, the forming efficiency is significantly improved during forming of an FDM three-dimensional printer.
(FR) Filament de formation tridimensionnel, comprenant les constituants suivants : un matériau métallique, un liant, un dispersant, un activateur de flexibilité et un stabilisant. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un filament de formation tridimensionnel, et un procédé de formation d'une imprimante tridimensionnelle FDM. Dans le procédé de formation, une imprimante tridimensionnelle FDM comprend une plateforme d'impression, une tête d'impression et un filament de formation tridimensionnel ; le procédé de formation comprend une étape de formation préliminaire : la tête d'impression fait fondre le filament de formation tridimensionnel, puis effectue une formation sur la plateforme d'impression couche par couche afin de former un objet préalablement durci. Au moyen du filament de formation tridimensionnel, une flexion d'un matériau métallique ou d'un matériau céramique ou d'un matériau de verre est obtenue, et le matériau ne se romprait pas pendant la flexion. Lorsque le filament est appliqué, l'efficacité de formation est considérablement améliorée pendant la formation d'une imprimante tridimensionnelle FDM.
(ZH) 一种三维成型丝料,其组份包括:金属材料、粘结剂、分散剂、柔韧性增强剂和稳定剂。还涉及一种三维成型丝料的制造方法和FDM三维打印机的成型方法,该方法中,FDM三维打印机包括打印平台、打印头和三维成型丝料;成型方法包括初步成型步骤:打印头把三维成型丝料熔融后逐层成型在打印平台上形成初步固化物体。三维成型丝料实现了金属材料制或者陶瓷材料或者玻璃材料的弯曲,弯曲的时候不会折断,应用该丝料后,采用FDM三维打印机进行成型,成型效率得到显著提升。
