Title: ANTI-EROSION STRUCTURE FOR VALVE SEALING FACE
Abstract:
Disclosed is an anti-erosion structure for a valve sealing face. The structure comprises a valve body (1), a valve seat (2), a valve core (3), a valve sleeve (4) and a valve bar (5). A valve seat mounting hole is provided in the valve body (1) and is located between a medium outlet (8) and a moulding cavity (6); the valve seat (2) is provided within the valve seat mounting hole and a top surface of the valve seat (2) is provided with an annular table (9); an outer side face of the annular table (9) is a sealing face A (10) arranged at an included angle relative to the horizontal plane; an annular flange (12) is provided at the bottom of the valve core (3) and is located on the outside thereof; an inner side face of the annular flange (12) is a sealing face B (13) arranged at an included angle relative to the horizontal plane; and the valve bar (5) is provided within the valve sleeve (4) and located above the valve core (3). The anti-erosion structure for a valve sealing face can not only adjust a medium flow in a secure and reliable manner, but can also ensure that a valve has a high adjusting accuracy after being used for a long period. The anti-erosion structure is closed tightly, and greatly prolongs the service life of the valve.
