A sound box tuning with the box body thereof, comprises a box body (1), a speaker (3) provided, within the box body (1), on a front side wall of the box body and a circuit board (5) provided on a rear side wall of the box body. At least one of the side walls of the box body (1) which circumferentially surround the speaker (3) is provided as a double-layer cavity wall. The double-layer cavity wall consists of an inner cavity wall (10) and an outer cavity wall (11) which are separated by a sound channel (9). The sound channel (9) is provided open on the rear side wall of the box body (1). At least one sound passing groove (12) is provided in the inner cavity wall (10) along a horizontal direction. A support seat (14) is provided on the bottom wall of the box body (1). A lead screw (15) is provided on the support seat (14). A forward/backward slider (16) is sleeved on the lead screw (15) in a threaded engaging manner. The forward/backward slider (16) carries a tuning frame (17) which has a through hole extending from front side to rear side and is capable of covering the circumferential periphery of the speaker (3). The lead screw (15) is connected to a driving mechanism (18, 20). The sound box has the following advantages: mechanical tuning is realized, the cost is low, the power consumption is low, the performance is stable, and sound quality with respect to surrounding environment can be effectively improved.
