Abstract:
Provided is cast piece for the hydraulic valve body of a heavy-duty loader, comprising a valve body (1), vertical flow channels, horizontal flow channels, auxiliary flow channels, and a flow-channel opening; the valve body (1) is internally provided with six vertical flow channels (2-7), seven horizontal longitudinal flow channels (10-16), and four horizontal lateral flow channels (17-20); the first through sixth longitudinal flow channels (10-15) are in communication with four lateral flow channels (17-20); the second lateral flow channel (18) and third lateral flow channel (19) are in communication with the seventh longitudinal flow channel (16); the first lateral flow channel (17) and seventh longitudinal flow channel (16) are in communication with each other by means of an inclined flow channel (21); the fourth lateral flow channel (20) is not in communication with the seventh longitudinal flow channel (16); six vertical flow channels (2-7) are in communication with the midpoints of the first through sixth longitudinal flow channels (10-15), respectively; a plurality of auxiliary flow channels is provided between the horizontal flow channels and the vertical flow channels; seven horizontal longitudinal flow channels (10-16) are provided with a plurality of oil grooves. The advantages of the invention are that it is highly integrated, has a rational and compact structure, is highly reliable, and is convenient to cast; it is convenient to use and maintain, safe, energy-saving, and has a long service life and a broad range of applications; the acceptable rate of casting is greatly increased and the cost of casting is reduced.
