A contamination-preventing micro-resistance slow-closing check valve and an industrial drainage system are provided. The check valve comprises: a valve body (1), a valve disc (2), a stem (3), a piston cylinder, and a cushioning mechanism. A first chamber (A) and a second chamber (B) communicating with each other and for a working fluid medium to pass through are disposed in the valve body (1). The cushioning mechanism can cushion motion of a piston (20). A medium chamber at one end, away from the stem (3), of the piston cylinder communicates with the second chamber (B). An extensible isolating member is disposed in the medium chamber and is used for isolating a damping medium in the piston cylinder from the working fluid medium from the second chamber (B). The check valve can greatly reduce a water hammer phenomenon, and the damping medium is isolated from the working fluid medium by the isolating member, avoiding failure of the check valve resulting from blockage caused by impurities in the working fluid medium, and avoiding contamination of the working fluid medium by the damping medium.
