Title: ALUMINUM ALLOY COMPOSITE SHEET MATERIAL FOR SOLDERED HONEYCOMB PANEL, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Abstract:
An aluminum alloy composite sheet material for a soldered honeycomb panel, and manufacturing method thereof. The panel comprises a veneer aluminum alloy and a core layer aluminum alloy, and further comprises a first covering layer aluminum alloy and a second covering layer aluminum alloy. The panel is constructed by combining the veneer aluminum alloy, the first covering layer aluminum alloy, the core layer aluminum alloy, and the second covering layer aluminum alloy in that order. The veneer aluminum alloy comprises 7.0-10.5% Si, a remainder of Al, and less than 0.5% of unavoidable impurities. The first covering layer aluminum alloy and second covering layer aluminum alloy comprises: 0-0.7% of Cu; 1-1.7% of Mn; 0-1.7% of Zn; 0-0.2% of Ti; 0-0.8% of Si; and a remainder of Al and less than 0.15% of unavoidable impurities. The core layer aluminum alloy comprises 0.3-3.0% of Mg. The core layer comprises 70% or more of the entire thickness of the panel. The manufacturing method comprises: casting a raw material alloy; combining according to a sequence and thickness; performing large deformation hot-rolling; performing cold rolling and annealing; and manufacturing a composite panel product.
