Abstract:
(EN) The present invention discloses a bulb holder structure, comprising a bulb holder, and a housing and a thermally conductive member fitting to the bulb holder. A protruding ring formed on an inner surface of the housing fits an annular base on a lower portion of the thermally conductive member. A plurality of protruding portions are peripherally distributed on an inner surface of the ring. An inner diameter defined by the protruding portions is smaller than an outer diameter of the base, that is, the ring forms an interference fit with the base of the thermally conductive member by means of the protruding portions. During an insertion process, because of a small force bearing area on the top of the protruding portions and gaps between the protruding portions, the base presses on the protruding portions to deform the protruding portions such that the gaps between the protruding portions are filled with deformed mold flashes, the ring completely presses the base of the thermally conductive member, forming an easy and secure fit, thereby effectively improving fit stability between the thermally conductive member and the housing, boosting yield, and ensuring excellent heat dissipation of a bulb body. In addition, a heat-conducting plate extends from the base on the lower portion of the thermally conductive member, further improving heat dissipation efficiency of the bulb body.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure de support d'ampoule, comprenant un support d'ampoule, et un boîtier et un élément thermoconducteur s'ajustant sur le support d'ampoule. Une bague en saillie formée sur une surface interne du boîtier s'ajuste sur une base annulaire sur une partie inférieure de l'élément thermoconducteur. De multiples parties saillantes sont réparties de manière périphérique sur une surface interne de la bague. Un diamètre interne défini par les parties saillantes est inférieur à un diamètre externe de la base, à savoir, la bague forme un ajustement serré avec la base de l'élément thermoconducteur au moyen des parties saillantes. Pendant un processus d'insertion, du fait d'une petite zone de réception de force sur la partie supérieure des parties saillantes et d'espaces entre les parties saillantes, la base appuie sur les parties saillantes pour déformer les parties saillantes de telle sorte que les espaces entre les parties saillantes soient remplis par des bavures de moulage déformées, la bague appuie complètement sur la base de l'élément thermoconducteur, formant un ajustement facile et sûr, ce qui permet d'améliorer efficacement la stabilité d'ajustement entre l'élément thermoconducteur et le boîtier, d'augmenter le rendement et d'assurer une excellente dissipation thermique d'un corps d'ampoule. De plus, une plaque thermoconductrice s'étend depuis la base sur la partie inférieure de l'élément thermoconducteur, améliorant encore l'efficacité de dissipation thermique du corps d'ampoule.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种灯头结构,其包括一灯头、一与灯头配合的外壳以及与外壳的导热件;所述外壳的内表面形成一凸出的圈环与导热件下部的环形基座配合,所述圈环内表面周缘分布有若干个突出部,由突出部围成的内径小于基座外径,即圈环通过突出部与导热件的基座形成过盈配合。在嵌入的过程中,由于突出部的顶部受力面积小且存在间隙,基座会挤压突出部并使突出部变形,变形的溢料会填入各突出部之间的间隙中,使圈环完全抵靠于导热件的基座上,且配合容易、稳固,有效提高导热件与外壳配合的稳定性及良品率;同时保证了灯体良好的散热性;另外通过在导热件下部基座向下延伸有导热板,进一步提高了灯体散热效率,散热效果好。
