Abstract:
(EN) A method for attaching an anchor to an end of a tensile member by inverting the assembly of anchor and tensile member arid injecting pressurised potting compound. A length of filaments of the tensile member are placed within a cavity through the anchor. The anchor and filaments are placed in an inverted position, with the distal end of the anchor facing downward and the cable extending upward out of the anchor. If the anchor has an open distal end this is sealed. Liquid potting compound is injected into the anchor cavity and allowed to solidify. During the solidification process, a controlled translation (pulling) of the cable is preferably introduced.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fixation d'un ancrage à une extrémité d'un élément de traction par inversion de l'ensemble d'ancrage et de l'élément de traction et par injection sous pression d'un matériau d'enrobage. Une longueur des filaments de l'élément de traction est placée à l'intérieur d'une cavité à travers l'ancrage. L'ancrage et les filaments sont placés dans une position inversée, l'extrémité distale de l'ancrage étant orientée vers le bas et le câble s'étendant vers le haut hors de l'ancrage. Si l'ancrage comporte une extrémité distale ouverte, cette dernière est scellée. Un matériau d'enrobage liquide est injecté dans la cavité de l'ancrage et se solidifie. Pendant le processus de solidification, une translation commandée (traction) du câble est de préférence introduite.
