(EN) The present invention relates to a nanoplasmonic biosensor capable of highly selective and sensitive label-free multiplex detection of a disease marker present in blood and a method for detecting a disease marker by using the same. According to the present invention, label-free multiplex detection can be made of miRNA, which is a disease marker present in blood, with high selectivity and sensitivity and thus can find effective applications in the diagnosis and clinical trial of miRNA-related diseases.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un biocapteur nanoplasmonique permettant une détection multiplex hautement sélective et sensible sans traceur d'un marqueur de maladie présent dans le sang et une méthode de détection d'un marqueur de maladie au moyen de ce dernier. Selon la présente invention, il est possible d'effectuer une détection multiplexe sans traceur de miARN, qui est un marqueur de maladie présent dans le sang, avec une haute sélectivité et une haute sensibilité, et ladite détection peut ainsi avoir des applications efficaces dans le diagnostic et l'essai clinique de maladies associées au miARN.
(KO) 본 발명은 혈액 내에 존재하는 발병 표지 인자를 높은 선택성, 고감도로 다중 비표지 검출할 수 있는 나노 플라즈모닉 바이오센서 및 이를 이용하여 발병 표지 인자를 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 혈액 내에 존재하는 발병 표지 인자인 miRNA를 높은 선택성, 고감도로 다중 비표지 검출할 수 있으며, 따라서 miRNA 관련 질병의 진단 및 임상적 적용에 효과적으로 응용될 수 있다.
