(KO) 금속의 전해환원 조건 설정방법 및 이를 이용한 희토류 금속의 전해환원 방법
Abstract:
(EN) An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for electrolytic reduction of a rare-earth metal through a method for setting electrolytic reduction conditions at the time of electrolytic reduction of a metal from a raw material comprising metal components using an electrolytic bath comprising a cathode and an anode and a supporting electrolyte. The present invention can provide: a method for determining in advance the contact area and the amount of a supporting electrolyte in order to obtain desired current density; and a method for determining in advance the additional input rate of a raw material, and through these methods, the present invention can provide the optimal electrolysis temperature and current density ranges at the time of electrolytic reduction of a metal and promote the improvement of current efficiency.
(FR) La présente invention concerne, selon un mode de réalisation, un procédé de réduction électrolytique d'un métal des terres rares au moyen d'un procédé de réglage de conditions de réduction électrolytique au moment de la réduction électrolytique d'un métal à partir d'une matière première comprenant des constituants métalliques à l'aide d'un bain électrolytique comprenant une cathode et une anode et un électrolyte indifférent. La présente invention peut fournir : un procédé de détermination au préalable de la zone de contact et de la quantité d'un électrolyte indifférent afin d'obtenir une densité de courant souhaitée; et un procédé de détermination au préalable du taux d'apport supplémentaire d'une matière première, et au moyen de ces procédés, la présente invention peut fournir la température d'électrolyse optimale et les plages de densité de courant au moment de la réduction électrolytique d'un métal et favoriser l'amélioration de l'efficacité du courant.
(KO) 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 캐소드 및 애노드를 포함하는 전해조와 전해지지염(supporting electrolyte)을 이용하여 금속 성분을 포함하는 원료물질로부터 금속의 전해환원 시, 전해환원 조건을 설정하는 방법을 통한 희토류 금속의 전해환원 방법으로서, 본 발명은 목표로 하는 전류밀도를 얻기 위한 접촉 면적 및 전해지지염의 양을 사전에 결정하는 방법과, 원료물질의 추가 투입 속도를 사전에 결정하는 방법을 제공하고, 이를 통해 금속의 전해 환원 시 최적의 전해온도와 전류밀도 범위를 제공할 수 있으며 전류 효율의 향상을 도모할 수 있다.
