Title: TRANSFORMABLE FLYING ROBOT FOR POWER LINE MAINTENANCE, AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a transformable flying robot system for power line maintenance, and a control method therefor, and comprises: a flying robot (10) capable of aerial flight; an attachable/detachable driving means (20) consisting of a plurality of wheels, which is attached to a power line (L) to enable the flying robot (10) to drive on the power line (L), is detached from the power line (L) to enable the flying robot (10) to fly when an obstacle (K) is sensed, and is attached again to the power line (L) to enable the flying robot (10) to drive again on the power line (L) when the obstacle (K) is passed; and an inspection means (70) for inspecting the power line (L). The present invention has advantages of easily installing and removing a power line, easily avoiding obstacles, reducing energy consumed for driving to enable autonomous inspection for a long time, and enabling a thorough inspection in close proximity to the power line.
