Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a power reception device that enables power to be transmitted and received efficiently, enables a reduction in noise, a reduction in the amount of heat generated, and the like, and is able to output stable current to a load. [Solution] A power reception device 200 having: a power reception resonator 201 that receives alternating-current power transmitted in a noncontact manner from a power transmission device 100; a rectifier 202 that converts the received alternating-current power to direct-current power; a DC-DC conversion device 210 wherein multiple DC-DC converters 211, which freely change the voltage of the direct-current power output from the rectifier 202, are connected in parallel; and a power reception control circuit 212 that controls the voltage output by the multiple converters. The DC-DC converters 211 have a coil 213 and a switching element Q1 that controls the current flowing in the coil 213. The power reception control circuit 212 causes each of the switching elements Q1 contained in the multiple DC-DC converters 211 to operate at a prescribed phase difference.
