Abstract:
(EN) The present invention improves the ion conductivity of a solid electrolyte, thereby improving the battery characteristics of an all-solid-state battery. A solid electrolyte 13 is an NaSICON type solid electrolyte 13 wherein Na serves as a conducting species. A solid electrolyte 13 according to the present invention contains Na, Zr, M, Si, P and O (M represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of Mg, V and Nb). This solid electrolyte 13 has a composition wherein the molar ratio of M to Zr satisfies M/Zr < 0.2.
(FR) La présente invention permet d'améliorer la conductivité ionique d'un électrolyte solide ainsi que les caractéristiques de batterie d'une batterie tout solide. Selon l'invention, un électrolyte solide (13) est un électrolyte solide de type NaSICON (13), Na servant d'espèce conductrice. L'électrolyte solide (13) contient du Na, Zr, M, Si, P et de l'O, M représentant au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué par le Mg, V et le Nb). L'électrolyte solide (13) de l'invention présente une composition dont le rapport molaire de M à Zr satisfait M/Zr < 0.2.
(JA) 固体電解質のイオン伝導度を向上し、全固体電池の電池特性を向上する。 固体電解質13は、Naを伝導種とするNaSICON型の固体電解質13である。本発明に係る固体電解質13は、Na、Zr、M、Si、P及びO(Mは、Mg、V及びNbからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一つの元素である)を含む。MとZrとのモル比が、M/Zr<0.2である組成を有する。
