Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a transparent liquid silicone rubber composition that does not contain an inorganic filler and includes the following as main components: (A) a silicone resin having, as essential structural units, an R3SiO1/2 unit (M unit) and a SiO4/2 unit (Q unit)( R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group containing 1-6 carbon atoms, and at least 2 R's in a molecule are alkenyl groups); (B) a straight-chain or branched organopolysiloxane containing, in a molecule, 2 or more alkenyl groups bonded to silicon atoms; (C) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing, in a molecule, 2 or more hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms; (D) an organopolysiloxane which is liquid at room temperature, having a weight-average molecular weight of 37,000 or less and containing, in a molecule, one or more hydroxyl groups bonded to silicon atoms; and (E) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst. The present invention is a highly transparent, hydrosilylation-curable liquid silicone rubber composition, wherein the hardness and high transparency are sufficiently retained and the mold releasability is excellent.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc de silicone liquide transparente qui ne contient pas de charge minérale et comprend les éléments suivants en tant que principaux constituants : (A) une résine de silicone ayant, en tant que motifs structuraux essentiels, un motif R3SiO1/2 (motif M) et un motif SiO4/2 (motif Q) (R est un groupe hydrocarboné monovalent contenant 1 à 6 atomes de carbone, et au moins 2 R dans une molécule sont des groupes alcényle) ; (B) un organopolysiloxane à chaîne droite ou ramifié contenant, dans une molécule, deux groupes alcényle ou plus liés à des atomes de silicium ; (C) un organohydrogénopolysiloxane contenant, dans une molécule, 2 atomes d'hydrogène ou plus liés à des atomes de silicium ; (D) un organopolysiloxane qui est liquide à température ambiante, ayant un poids moléculaire moyen en poids de 37 000 ou moins et contenant, dans une molécule, un ou plusieurs groupes hydroxyle liés à des atomes de silicium ; et (E) un catalyseur de réaction d'hydrosilylation. La présente invention est une composition de caoutchouc de silicone liquide, durcissable par hydrosilylation, très transparente. La dureté et la transparence élevée sont suffisamment conservées et la capacité de démoulage est excellente.
(JA) 本発明は、 (A)R3SiO1/2単位(M単位)及びSiO4/2単位(Q単位)を必須構成単位とするシリコーンレジン(但し、Rは炭素数1~6の1価炭化水素基、1分子中の少なくとも2個はアルケニル基)、 (B)1分子中に2個以上のケイ素原子と結合したアルケニル基を有する直鎖状又は分岐状オルガノポリシロキサン、 (C)1分子中に2個以上のケイ素原子と結合した水素原子を含有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン、 (D)重量平均分子量37,000以下で、1分子中に1個以上のケイ素原子と結合した水酸基を含有する室温液状オルガノポリシロキサン、及び (E)ヒドロシリル化反応触媒 を主成分とし、無機充填材を含有しない透明液状シリコーンゴム組成物を提供する。本発明は、高透明なヒドロシリル化硬化型液状シリコーンゴム組成物において、硬さと高透明性とを十分に保持しつつ、金型離型性に優れる。
