Abstract:
(EN) The system (100) according to the present invention for measuring cell state comprises: an image acquisition unit (2) which is provided with a linear line sensor (21) for detecting light from cells being cultured in a container and acquires a two-dimensional image by moving the line sensor (21) in a direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction of the line sensor (21); a cell state measurement unit (3) which divides the image into a plurality of unit areas and measures the cell state in each of the plurality of unit areas; and a display unit (4) which displays the result of the cell state measurement in each unit area.
(FR) Le système (100) selon la présente invention pour la mesure de l'état de cellules comprend : une unité d'acquisition d'image (2) qui est pourvue d'un capteur linéaire (21) pour la détection de la lumière provenant de cellules cultivées dans un récipient et qui acquiert une image bidimensionnelle par déplacement du capteur (21) dans une direction croisant la direction longitudinale du capteur (21) ; une unité de mesure de l'état des cellules (3) qui divise l'image en une pluralité de zones unitaires et mesure l'état des cellules dans chacune de la pluralité de zones unitaires ; et une unité d'affichage (4) qui affiche le résultat de la mesure de l'état des cellules dans chaque zone unitaire.
(JA) 本発明の細胞状態計測装置(100)は、容器内で培養される細胞からの光を検出する直線状のラインセンサ(21)を有し、該ラインセンサ(21)を該ラインセンサ(21)の長手方向に対して交差する方向に移動させることによって2次元の画像を取得する画像取得部(2)と、画像を複数の単位領域に分割し、該複数の単位領域の各々における細胞の状態を計測する細胞状態計測部(3)と、各単位領域における細胞の状態の計測結果を表示する表示部(4)とを備える。
