Abstract:
(EN) A CPU of a mounting device acquires an ideal image which is desired to be acquired by capturing an image of a component (Step S110), acquires a plurality of captured images acquired by capturing the component under different illumination conditions (Step S140), and performs a coincidence degree derivation process for deriving a coincidence degree between the ideal image and a captured image with respect to the plurality of captured images (Step S150). Further, the CPU specifies, as an illumination condition appropriate to capturing the component, an illumination condition at the time of capturing a captured image of which the coincidence degree can be considered the highest out of the plurality of the captured images (Step S170).
(FR) Une CPU d'un dispositif de montage acquiert une image idéale que l'on souhaite acquérir en capturant une image d'un composant (étape S110), puis acquiert une pluralité d'images capturées acquises en capturant le composant dans différentes conditions d'éclairage (étape S140) et exécute un processus de dérivation de degré de coïncidence afin de dériver un degré de coïncidence entre l'image idéale et une image capturée par rapport à la pluralité d'images capturées (étape S150). De plus, la CPU spécifie, en tant que condition d'éclairage appropriée à la capture du composant, une condition d'éclairage lors de la capture d'une image capturée dont le degré de coïncidence peut être considéré comme le plus élevé parmi la pluralité d'images capturées (étape S170).
(JA) 実装装置のCPUは、部品を撮像して得たい理想画像を取得し(ステップS110)、照明条件を異ならせて部品を撮像して得られた複数の撮像画像を取得し(ステップS140)て、理想画像と撮像画像との一致度を導出する一致度導出処理を複数の撮像画像について行う(ステップS150)。そして、CPUは、複数の撮像画像のうち導出された一致度が高いとみなせる撮像画像の撮像時の照明条件を、部品の撮像に適した照明条件として特定する(ステップS170)。
