Abstract:
(EN) A controller (2) for controlling a pneumatic or hydraulic actuator (3) of a process device (1) comprises a position feedback signal input for receiving a measured position signal (hmeas) representing a position (h) of the actuator or the process device, an actuator pressure output (C1), and a pressure sensor (22) for measuring the actuator pressure (pactuator). The controller is configured to operate in a measured position feedback mode and a simulated position feedback mode. In the measured position feedback mode the actuator (3) is controlled dependent on a setpoint position (hsp) and the measured position (hmeas), and in the simulated position feedback mode the actuator is controller based on the setpoint position (hsp) and a simulated position (hsim) of the actuator or the process device. The simulated position (hsim) is derived from the measured actuator pressure (pactuator) by a simulation model (23).
(FR) L'invention concerne un contrôleur (2) destiné à commander un actionneur pneumatique ou hydraulique (3) d'un dispositif de traitement (1) et comprenant une entrée de signal de rétroaction de position destinée à recevoir un signal de position mesurée (hmeas) représentant une position (h) de l'actionneur ou du dispositif de traitement, une sortie de pression de l'actionneur (1) et un capteur de pression (22) pour mesurer la pression de l'actionneur (pactuator). Le contrôleur est conçu pour fonctionner dans un mode de rétroaction de position mesurée et un mode de rétroaction de position simulée. Dans le mode de rétroaction de position mesurée, l'actionneur (3) est commandé en fonction d'une position de point de consigne (hsp) et de la position mesurée (hmeas), et dans le mode de rétroaction de position simulée, l'actionneur est commandé en fonction de la position du point de consigne (hsp) et d'une position simulée (hsim) de l'actionneur ou du dispositif de traitement. La position simulée (hsim) est dérivée de la pression de l'actionneur mesurée (pactuator) par un modèle de simulation (23).
