Abstract:
(EN) A method of operating a wellhead compressor comprises selecting a plurality of operating points of the wellhead compressor, measuring (302) the tubing pressure at the plurality of operating points of the wellhead compressor and determining (304) an efficiency achieved by the wellhead compressor when operating at each of the operating points based on at least the measured tubing pressure at each of the operating points. A production curve is generated of well pressure as a function of flow rate from a combination of measured data and predicted data. An operating point of the wellhead compressor is selected (306) from the production curve based on at least the efficiency of the wellhead compressor at the selected operating point and the wellhead compressor is operated (308) at the selected operating point. The steps of the method (300) are repeated after operating the wellhead compressor at the selected operating point for a predetermined period of time.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d’actionnement d’un compresseur de tête de puits qui comprend la sélection d’une pluralité de points d’actionnement du compresseur de tête de puits, la mesure (302) de la pression de tubage au niveau de la pluralité de points d’actionnement du compresseur de tête de puits et la détermination (304) d’un rendement atteint par le compresseur de tête de puits lors de l’actionnement à chacun des points d’actionnement sur la base d’au moins la pression de tubage mesurée à chacun des points d’actionnement. Une courbe de production est générée de la pression de puits en fonction du débit à partir d’une combinaison de données mesurées et de données prédites. Un point d’actionnement du compresseur de tête de puits est sélectionné (306) à partir de la courbe de production sur la base d’au moins le rendement du compresseur de tête de puits au point d’actionnement sélectionné et le compresseur de tête de puits est actionné (308) au point d’actionnement sélectionné. Les étapes du procédé (300) sont répétées après l’actionnement du compresseur de tête de puits au point d’actionnement sélectionné pendant une durée prédéterminée.
