Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a manual clamping system for carriages mounted on guide rails, formed by at least two clamping devices arranged behind one another, wherein each clamping device has at least two clamping elements which can each be braced against one another by an actuation shaft in order to clamp an individual guide rail. The ends of the actuation shafts that are facing one another are interlockingly or force-lockingly connected by means of a rotationally fixed interface. According to the invention, a manual clamping system is developed with which a carriage can be clamped onto at least two guide rails with low space requirements in a simple, secure and maintenance-free manner, and only requiring a few different components.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de serrage manuel pour des chariots montés sur des rails de guidage, le système étant composé d'au moins deux dispositifs de serrage agencés l'un derrière l'autre. Chaque dispositif de serrage comprend au moins deux éléments de serrage, qui peuvent être chacun mis en tension l'un vis-à-vis de l'autre au moyen d'un arbre d'actionnement pour le serrage d'un rail de guidage individuel. Les extrémités tournées l'une vers l'autre des arbres d'actionnement sont reliées par coopération de formes ou à force au moyen d'une interface bloquée en rotation. L'invention permet de mettre au point un système de serrage manuel, au moyen duquel un chariot peut être serré de manière simple, fiable et sans entretien sur au moins deux rails de guidage avec un faible encombrement et qui ne nécessite en outre que quelques différents éléments.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein manuelles Klemmsystem für auf Füh-rungsschienen gelagerte Schlitten aus mindestens zwei hintereinander angeordneten Klemmvorrichtungen, wobei jede Klemmvorrichtung mindestens zwei Klemmelemente aufweist, die jeweils mittels einer Betätigungswelle gegeneinander zum Klemmen einer einzelnen Führungsschiene verspannbar sind. Dabei sind die einander zuge- wandten Enden der Betätigungswellen mittels einer drehstarren Schnittstelle form- oder kraftschlüssig verbunden. Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung wird ein manuelles Klemmsystem entwickelt, mit dem sich ein Schlitten bei geringem Platzbedarf an mindestens zwei Führungsschienen einfach, sicher und wartungsfrei klemmen lässt und zudem nur wenige verschiedene Bauteile benötigt.
