Abstract:
A decomposition-type method for manufacturing a complex shoe body by multi-mold forming foam welding, comprising a complex shoe body decomposing step, a three-dimensional complex shoe body data processing step, a cold-press mold setting step, and a foam welding mold manufacturing step. The three-dimensional complex shoe body data processing step comprises: scaling 3D data of a three-dimensional complex shoe body by means of 3D software and segmenting the scaled 3D data into two or more components which are not laterally flipped. Molds of the components do not require a lateral core-pulling structure. A cavity of a cold-press mold is provided with a first pattern surface, and a cavity of a foam welding mold is provided with a second pattern surface. The manufacturing method can significantly simplify the mold structure, reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve the production speed and the one-time yield, and overcome defects that it is difficult to manufacture a mold of a complex shoe body, the forming and manufacturing period is long, and the defect rate is very high.
